Who Is This Program For?

Our New Manager Program is suitable for those who are first time managers with new responsibility of managing teams, or aspire to become managers in the next 12-18 months.

Learning Outcomes

New Managers Program enables participants to hone their skills across each of the leadership aspects covered in TalSol Leadership Framework.This powers you to develop a leadership style that helps you take on diverse types of challenges, manage teams with empathy and effectiveness and deliver expected business results in an AI-first world.

Format

New Managers Program is delivered using virtual live instructor led model via 7 sessions of 3 hours each. Sessions are scheduled once a week to allow participants to apply new learnings at workplace, reflect on new challenges and problem solve with their learning cohort. Additional 7 hours of practical case assignments will be provided for participants to problem-solve individually or in groups.
